Residential Electrician Supervisor–SF IES Residential is seeking an experienced residential electrical service technician to supervise and lead crews while ensuring compliance with local NEC Codes and OSHA requirements.

Minimum Education None

Minimum Years of Experience 2–4 years

Specific Qualifications & Responsibilities

Roughing and trimming single family homes

Managing crews and schedules

Pulling wire through conduit and making connections to electrical panels, junction boxes, and other electrical components

Reading and interpreting blueprints, building codes, and determining electrical layouts and wiring requirements

Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to prevent workplace accidents and injuries

Strong understanding of electrical theory, safety regulations, and building codes

Valid Journeyman or Wiremen license

2 years of residential electrical experience

Leadership and team‑player skills

Ability to complete jobs safely and to IES Residential standards

Clean driving record and current driver’s license

Knowledge of electrical code

Single Family experience

License Required Yes
