Perform residential service, repair, replacement and installations. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain thorough and accurate diagnostic skills. Ensure quality workmanship and professional, reliable, ethical, courteous, team‑oriented conduct. Proficient math and writing skills; maintain safety and efficiency in all tasks. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential service, repair, replacement and installations. A passion for exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills. Professional, reliable, ethical, courteous, friendly, team player. Goal oriented, willingness to learn new skills. Thorough and accurate diagnostic skills; quality workmanship a must. Proficient math and writing skills. Must be drug free and have no felony convictions, and be willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check. Company note

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Additional Benefits We Offer
Family friendly work and on‑call schedule. Great wages and bonuses, NO commissions. Up to 100K annually plus benefits. 2 weeks paid vacation. 6 paid holidays. Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance. 100% Company paid uniforms, and cleaning. Fully stocked 14' box trucks, a Warehouse On Wheels. Up to date well maintained equipment. Paid continual training. 401K Match. Fun, family, team atmosphere. As a Benjamin Franklin Plumber, you are expected to be fair, honest, respectful and informative with customers and teammates. Maintain a clean appearance. One nightly on‑call assignment during the week with rotating weekend calls. Flexible schedule for personal and family time. Prior sales training (SGI, PSI, Contractors 2000, or Nexstar) is a plus but not required. Must be drug free and have no felony convictions, and be willing to submit to a drug test and background check. No exceptions. All resumes and interviews will be kept confidential.
