Elmar Heating & Cooling is hiring an HVAC Lead Installation Technician (5+ Years) who is skilled in residential HVAC installations. Candidate should be able to complete residential and light commercial mini-split and conventional ducted installations. Other skill sets are a plus. The lead technician will be working out of the Baltimore location and covering a 30-mile radius. About the company
