Assists mechanic with repairs and maintenance as assigned. Assist in mechanical, cleanup, inventory, and simple automotive work. Services buses by checking/adding oil, fuel, tire pressure, and cleaning and repairing seats and interior. Assist with upkeep and maintenance of the building including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms and other related tasks as directed by the Transportation supervisor. Drives regular school bus route when assigned driver is unavailable. Assists in maintaining the grounds and shop area of the bus shop. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or mechanic. Maintain safety standards at all times. Reports To: Transportation Supervisor Salary Range: From/To System Salary Schedule Job Attachment: View Attachment Seniority level
