to support active commercial construction projects in Nashville and surrounding areas. If you have experience preparing forms, placing concrete, and finishing surfaces—we’re looking for you! What You Can Expect Local, consistent work in and around Nashville Competitive pay based on your skills and experience Reliable, full-time hours Safe and organized job sites Long-term opportunities with steady projects Key Responsibilities Set and align concrete forms for walls, beams, floors, and foundations Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various hand and power tools Finish concrete surfaces (columns, walls, floors, sidewalks, curbs) Cut expansion joints and patch concrete as needed Follow strict safety protocols in a drug-free environment Perform physically demanding tasks, including extended periods of standing, bending, and stooping Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of industrial or commercial concrete finishing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Experience with setting forms and finishing concrete surfaces Safety-minded with a strong attention to detail and quality Why Join Brasfield & Gorrie?
