About the Role:
We’re partnering with an organization in need of a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support their membership services, events, and day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities:
Member & Customer Support: Serve as a primary point of contact by responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, assist with general inquiries and route questions to the appropriate internal teams, maintain and update the membership database; approve new memberships and compile membership statistics.
Administrative & Office Support: Provide high-level administrative support to internal staff, maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, support general office upkeep, supply management, and routine operational tasks.
Event & Education Support: Assist with the coordination of webinars, trainings, and annual conferences, set up events in internal systems and support attendee registration and questions, help prepare, ship, and organize conference materials; support on-site packing and unpacking as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting customers or members in a service-focused role.
Comfortable working with databases and learning new technology quickly.
Previous experience with an association or nonprofit is a plus.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs.
