Landscape / Gardener & Plant Installer

We're seeking a dedicated Landscape / Gardener who shares this passion and can contribute to the excellence of our work. As a team member you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the landscapes & homes of our valued clients ***THIS IS NOT A MOWING POSITION*** Key Responsibilities: - Maintain healthy gardens by providing proper care, trimming & pruning - Install new plants, shrubs, trees, and flowers with attention to their health and growth needs - Capable of following directions from Supervisor / Team Leader and work towards completion of these tasks with little oversight - Ensure proper irrigation system is running and functional - Provide exceptional detail to landscape care, design and overall property cleanliness - Uphold company standards of service and contribute to the overall aesthetic and health of every property - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are being met - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed according to customer needs & expectations - Perform labor tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions - Physically capable of performing daily labor tasks (bending, kneeling, squatting standing for 8+ hours and lifting / pulling up to 50lbs) Must be able to float between garden maintenance & landscape installation duties MUST HAVE CLEAN / VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and reliable transportation Qualifications: - Passion for plants, nature, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces - Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality - Ability to follow detailed instructions and deliver high-quality work - Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness - 2 years experience in landscape and / or detailed gardening preferred but willing to hire & train the right candidate - Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment -Knowledge of Florida plants & planting conditions To Apply: Email resume with job history and a short paragraph about yourself & why you're interested in the position to Zone9Creations@gmail.com Need info on how to become a Business Ministry Partner?
