About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled
Structural Fitter Welder
to join our night shift team in Catoosa, OK! If you have experience with structural fitting and welding, this is a great opportunity to work on projects like heat exchangers and large structures. You will be assembling components, reading blueprints, and ensuring high-quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
Lay out, fit, and weld parts to assemble structural forms using MIG and Flux Core techniques.
Use assembly plans and cranes to fit components.
Perform measurements and calculations for part dimensions.
Set up welding machines, adjust settings, and handle wire feeding.
Read blueprints and perform inspections to ensure quality.
Work safely and collaborate with the team to maintain operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
At least 1+ year of welding; 5 years of structural fitting recommended.
Skills:
Proficient in MIG and Flux Core welding, strong math skills.
Blueprint Reading:
Ability to interpret technical drawings.
Safety:
Knowledge of welding safety practices.
Teamwork:
Good communication and positive attitude.
Attention to Detail:
Focus on quality and precision.
