Installation Pro: You have extensive experience with HVAC installations, including the setup of various systems in residential and commercial settings. Quality-Minded: You’re committed to ensuring that every installation is done right the first time, with attention to detail and a focus on long-term performance. Customer-Focused: You understand that a successful installation isn’t just about the equipment—it’s about making sure the customer is satisfied and confident in their new system. Team-Oriented: You work well with others, knowing that successful installations often require strong teamwork and collaboration. Safety-First: You adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring that installations are completed safely and without incident.
What You’ll Do
HVAC Installation: Perform full installations of HVAC systems, including ductwork, electrical connections, and system setup, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations. System Testing: Test installed systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively before finalizing the job. Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers about the installation process, providing clear instructions on system operation and answering any questions. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, including system details and any special instructions, in our CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with other installers, technicians, and office staff to ensure that all installations are completed on time and to specification.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience installing HVAC systems in both residential and light commercial settings. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC installation procedures, including ductwork, electrical connections, refrigeration piping, and system setup. Licensing & Certification: EPA Universal Certification or HVAC certifications (NATE) are a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. Attention to Detail: Ensures all installations are up to code, meet quality standards, and are completed on time. Customer Service: Excellent communication skills to explain installation processes to customers and answer any questions. Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other installers and team members to complete projects. Flexibility: Available for occasional weekends and overtime when needed. Safety-Conscious: Follows all safety guidelines and adheres to local building codes and regulations.
