What You’ll Do
Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
Perform ductwork modifications and basic electrical connections
Ensure installations meet local code, manufacturer specs, and Shanklin standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive work environment
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required or willingness to obtain
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
Positive, reliable, and motivated to grow
Team-oriented mindset with pride in quality work
