Responsibilities:
Install residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Work independently or lead a crew to complete installation projects with the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency. Communicate effectively with customers during the installation process to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and mentor junior installers to promote a positive and productive work environment. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of installation tasks, including timecards, feedback forms, and option sheets. Follow safety guidelines and ensure all installations are completed to code. 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC installer (required). Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. EPA Certification (preferred). NATE Certification (preferred). Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications. Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
