Locations include DFW, TX; Mohave County, AZ; Prescott, AZ; Phoenix, AZ; Buffalo Electric in DFW, TX; and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing locations in Mohave County, AZ, Prescott, AZ, and Las Vegas, NV. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check Professional appearance Be a TEAM player — we win and lose as a team Treat others the way you want to be treated You love to learn and are mechanically inclined and enjoy helping people You are self-motivated and excited about uncapped earning potential Responsibilities

Compensation: $70,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year Paid Time Off Commission model: you design your own paycheck, with no cap; bi-weekly pay Get your own stocked One Hour wrapped van with a gas card Interview Process
Our interview process is not long, but thorough. After we review your application, you will be contacted for an interview with the Hiring Manager (approximately 60 minutes). You will be invited to sit in on one of our Service Meetings and then do a ride-along with an Install Team to see what life is like at One Hour Air. Plan on a full morning. Franchise note
Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the franchisee management. The franchisee sets their own compensation and benefits.
