Seeking an OTR or Occupational Therapist to cover therapy services in Lakeland, FL to provide treatment in an Assisted Living Facility setting. $115 per evaluation.

Responsibilities
Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community
Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Education and/or experience: new graduate applicants welcome + experienced therapists
Actively licensed as a FL Occupational Therapist

PRN Therapist Overview
Flexible schedule: choose when to work, accept or decline cases based on availability
Variety of settings: ALF and residential home settings
Higher rates: compensation higher than other roles to compensate for lack of benefits
No long‑term contracts: assignments vary; no tied facility
Weekend and holiday shifts: may be called for weekend/holiday shifts with premium pay
Skill maintenance: keep clinical skills sharp and gain experience across different cases
Networking opportunities: interconnect with colleagues, physicians, patients
