On the job training is provided by our world class training team, based in Knoxville, TN. For the first 5 weeks you will be enrolled in an extensive in‑person and virtual training class specifically designed to enable you to develop the skills you will need to work in the pharmacy.

Position Overview This is a night shift role at the PETNET Solutions pharmacy. Flexibility to work slightly alternative shifts is required. This role is well suited to an ambitious professional looking for the next step in their career as a Nuclear Pharmacist. As a Nuclear Pharmacist you will be responsible for:

Production of radionuclides

Preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals

Dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory commitments including cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws and corporate policies and procedures and other applicable Federal, State and Local authorities

Responsible and accountable under State Pharmacy Law for all actions of personnel working in the permitted pharmacy area in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager (PIC)

Delivering and ensuring performance of aseptic techniques, including sterility test and pyrogen testing per company standard operating procedures

Ensuring performance of QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests per company standard operating procedures

Maintaining all applicable documents and records

Preparing shipment of radioactive materials according to procedure and licensing authorities requirements

Providing support in operation and maintenance of cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment and associated software

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

Pharmacy License or ability to acquire license

Bachelor's Degree

Communicates effectively with a proven ability to interpret information and provide and/or follow complex instructions

Ability to work independently and/or as part of a cross‑functional team

Strong customer relations skills

Working knowledge of MS Windows applications

Board of pharmacy requirement: you are able to achieve corrected 20/20 vision and pass color‑blind tests

Physical Demands

Ability to handle 100 lb. packages

Leads multiple non‑exempt

Compensation Base pay range for this position: Min $128,700 – Max $193,040. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission‑eligible position, the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
