Consumer Banker II (Mt. Healthy) Join the First Financial Bank team as a Consumer Banker, working with existing clients and prospecting new clients across various banking products including Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business, Commercial, and Treasury Management.

Location & Pay Location: Cincinnati, OH Pay Range: $19.10/hr - $20.19/hr (US $44,720.00–$57,500.00 annually)

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

Open and maintain client accounts and perform related operational tasks.

Operate teller drawer as required by management.

Engage clients through proactive calling, conversations, and follow‑up.

Partner with internal teams to provide appropriate expertise for clients’ service or solution needs.

Ensure timely client follow‑up calls and maintain operational and risk management standards.

Assist clients in transacting business in the branch, drive‑thru, by phone, and via email.

Model First Financial’s mission, values, and customer‑centric approach for peers and coworkers.

Adhere to all compliance and regulatory procedures.

Collaborate with district specialists to execute retail strategies, attract, retain, and grow core client relationships, and meet clients’ financial needs.

Serve as a trusted advisor, adding value and building deep client relationships using the First Client Conversation Model.

Actively participate in site center huddles and meetings to support sales and service activities.

Consistently meet or exceed sales, service, and referral goals set by management.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

3‑4 years of client service experience in a retail banking environment.

3‑4 years of sales and service experience with proven success in achieving sales and service goals.

High school diploma or GED required; notary authorization is optional.

Strong knowledge of bank products and solid sales skills.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience in sales.

Ability to serve a wide variety of client needs according to bank policy and procedures.

Ability to lead teams as needed.

Independent decision‑making with limited supervision; applies guidelines with proficiency.

Required Supervisory Responsibilities

Supports management needs for the FCM.

Physical Requirements

Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs.

Frequently sit, stand, walk, and drive.
