Key Responsibilities:

Delivering polished, in depth product demos to prospects

Leading product evaluations, demonstrating attainment of success criteria for prospects

Working cross functionally, with engineering to influence product roadmap, features, and reporting bugs

Use deep product knowledge, and general tech understanding, to be consultative and devise solutions to customer problems

Be able to explain complex data analytics and AI topics to people

Empower prospect employees to champion and advocate for our solution

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in an enterprise environment with Sales Engineering, Consulting, or other technical customer-facing roles

Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and web app fundamentals

Strong business acumen, and polished presentation skills, with an aptitude for explaining complex technical concepts to laypeople

Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies

Basic Familiarity with ML and AI concepts, eager to learn, try new things, and take calculated risks

Data-driven, a process-oriented individual who can point to ways you’ve upleveled the product/process and people in your professional experience past

Desire to work in a dynamic startup where your input is desired to help craft our offerings and how we interact with clients
