Base pay range $245,000.00/yr - $365,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Significant broad-based commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
Joint venture experience is a plus.
First chair smaller transactions, second chair larger transactions, or run deals on own depending on seniority.
Strong drafting and communication skills; work well with colleagues and clients.
Qualifications
4th through 8th year associate class for the Real Estate group.
Highly motivated with strong drafting and communications skills.
Desire to first chair smaller transactions and second chair larger transactions or run deals independently.
