Job Summary As a Server Assistant, your general responsibilities will include running food and drinks to tables, cleaning tables, preparing our signature table‑side Guacamole, and providing any assistance needed for a quality dining experience. Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service to all guests
Guide guests through the food and beverage menus and make suggestions
Work positively and effectively alongside both front‑ and back‑of‑house teams
Prepare table‑side guacamole
Assist in running food
Assist in bussing tables
Qualifications
Must be hospitality focused and solution‑oriented
Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast‑paced work environment
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to effectively implement the three Cs: coordination, consolidation, and communication
Food handler's card may be required according to local and/or state regulations
Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize duties
Ability to stand for long periods of time and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
Ability to properly lift 25 lbs
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication with guests and coworkers
Possess organizational and time management skills
Demonstrate good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
