Responsibilities
Join client meetings alongside senior advisors and document key follow‑up items.
Assist in building and updating financial plans, proposals, and supporting materials.
Manage client workflows, tasks, and communication in the firm’s CRM.
Maintain a seamless end‑to‑end client experience — from preparation to follow‑through.
Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and in person.
Complete required licensing (Life & Health, Series 7 & 63) with full support and training.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or banking.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, client‑first approach.
Desire to earn advanced credentials (CFP® encouraged within 2 years).
High integrity, strong follow‑through, and enthusiasm for learning and advancement.
