Tax Manager - $130,000 + Bonus - Hybrid
We’re hiring an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax engagements and review returns for diverse clients in a fast-paced public accounting setting. You’ll work with a seasoned team, guide junior staff, and contribute to strategic tax planning and client advisory services.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review complex returns (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990) Supervise, train, and review work of junior tax staff Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and business planning Stay updated on tax law changes and apply findings in real time Support audit preparation and client interactions
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in a public accounting firm Proven experience reviewing tax filings and leading teams CPA license (or actively pursuing certification)
Preferred Skills: Proficiency with CCH Axcess and QuickBooks Experience preparing nonprofit returns (990) Strong attention to detail, documentation, and client communication
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in-office (Wednesday required)
