Job Description Base Salary:
$28,080 to $43,750 annually DOE
Commission:
Targetcommission of $30,000 annually

Job Summary The Account Manager will beresponsible for generating sales in multi-family units in their respectiveassigned region. This includes networking with MDU property managers, assistantmanagers, leasing agents, and other property staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Drive creative sales strategies in multi-family properties that willincrease awareness and penetration
Host various community events within MDU properties, to get customers tosign-up for Ziply Fiber services
Make regular property visits to all MDU’s in assigned region, documentingkey learnings
Conduct door-to-door outreach to promote andsell fiber internet to residential customers.
Achieve or exceed daily activity goals (doorknocks, customer contacts, property visits) and monthly sales targets.
Build strong relationships and trust withprospective customers through professionalism and product expertise.
Training, Collaboration & Operational Support
Participate in e-learning, classroom sales training, and associatedcurriculum in tandem with Sales Trainer
Marketing team collaboration; offer strategy & communication,collateral material creation & distribution
Perform financial responsibilities to include operational expensetracking, processing mileage reimbursements, logging event expenses, and others
Monitor industry developments (technical, regulatory, and otherwise) andapply critical thinking for strategic and customer impact analysis
Other Duties
Performs other duties asrequired to support the business and evolving organization.
Minimum of six (6) months of sales and/or customerservice experience – OR – current or prior military service.
Must be committed to providing exceptional customerservice in a calm, professional manner.
Must be enthusiastic, persuasive, persistent, and beable to handle rejection in the selling process well.
Must work in an outside environment for extendedperiods in any season, with potential exposure to inclement weather.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license,auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to prioritize and organize work effectivelyand be a self‑starter.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company andcustomer information.
Ability to deal with public in a professional manner.
Abilityto work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to avariety of situations.
Abilityto drive on behalf of the company in a safe and responsible manner.
Abilityto multi‑task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meetdeadlines.
Strongverbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizationalskills.
Abilityto adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules.

This role involvesdriving within a specific region or territory and requires the ability tosafely perform all functions of operating a motor vehicle.
