About Dynamic Devices
Dynamic Devices is a leading provider of innovative automated liquid handling solutions, specializing in the Lynx Robotic Liquid Handler—the world’s only system offering 5 mL volumes in a 24-channel head. Our cutting-edge technology, including Volume Verified Pipetting (VVP) for precise diagnostics and data integrity, empowers laboratories worldwide to achieve superior performance, robustness, and productivity in high-throughput workflows. We’re a dynamic team passionate about advancing scientific discovery through reliable automation. Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll drive the full sales lifecycle for our Lynx liquid handling automation systems, from identifying and nurturing leads to closing deals and providing exceptional after-sales support. You’ll be the face of Dynamic Devices to our customers—primarily in biotech, pharma, and academic research labs—demonstrating how our solutions streamline complex workflows and deliver unmatched efficiency. We’re flexible on prior experience and prioritize candidates with a relentless work ethic, quick learning agility, and outstanding communication skills. If you’re responsive, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in lab automation. Key Responsibilities
Source and qualify leads through networking, industry events, cold outreach, and digital channels to build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations of the Lynx system, showcasing its features like high-volume pipetting, VVP technology, and seamless integration into customer workflows (with technical support available as needed). Manage the end-to-end sales process, including needs assessments, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure. Provide post-sales support, including onboarding assistance, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer success to foster long-term relationships and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, applications support) to tailor solutions to complex customer requirements. Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and report on pipeline progress to meet quarterly and annual targets. Travel 50%+ to customer sites, trade shows, and conferences to build relationships and deliver demos. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Engineering) or equivalent relevant experience preferred. Strong work ethic and proven ability to learn quickly and synthesize complex customer workflows into actionable solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences—from lab technicians to executive decision-makers. High responsiveness and customer-centric mindset; thrives in a role requiring rapid follow-up and relationship-building. Comfortable with 50%+ travel; valid driver’s license and passport required. Experience in sales, lab automation, or scientific equipment is a plus but not required—we value potential and drive over pedigree. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite; basic technical aptitude for software scripting or hardware demos is beneficial. What We Offer
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure, commensurate with experience—rewarding top performers generously. Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and professional development opportunities. Flexible, remote work environment with a collaborative, innovative culture. The chance to work with groundbreaking technology that directly advances scientific research and discovery. Dynamic Devices is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We encourage applications from all qualified individuals. If you’re ready to automate the future of lab workflows, apply today by sending your resume and a brief cover letter. Tell us why you’re excited about the Lynx and how you’d approach a customer demo!
