Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst – Multifamily (Semi-Remote)
A prominent national real estate investment and management firm is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst with skills and savvy to be the driving force behind the firm’s ongoing multifamily residential portfolio expansion efforts. This is a highly visible role providing growth within a successful and dynamic company. Responsibilities: The Acquisition Analyst will work on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, development, joint ventures, and business plan execution. Real estate asset valuation analysis of multi-family housing acquisition, rehabilitation, and development on a national level. Support all phases of project from sourcing through stabilization. Perform analysis of complex partnership agreements and cash flow waterfalls. Market research and data mining. Budget management. Various analyses to assist in making investment decisions. Assistance with due diligence and execution of transactions. Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Finance or relevant discipline. Advance degree a plus. 2+ years of experience in real estate analysis - acquisitions, operations, and underwriting. Must have Excel (advanced functions such as logic formulas, V- look up, pivot tables), Argus is a plus. Salary:
$120,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with level of experience) + bonus, comprehensive health benefits and other valuable perks. The above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity, and other non-cash incentives.
