What You Can Expect
$27.00 per hour or more, based on experience
Tool reimbursement program
Shift differential $10.00 per hour
Company vehicle and gas card
Overtime after 8 hours

What You Will Do
Travel to field jobsites and work in the shop as needed (CDL a plus)
Plan work procedures and/or potential solutions such as part redesign, material substitution, or rearrangement of parts or subassemblies in conjunction with the Equipment Superintendent
Troubleshoot and maintain all types of heavy equipment, including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, and rollers
Examine equipment and discuss with superintendent, operator, or project manager the nature and extent of damage or malfunction
Ensure engagement of the equipment team in all safety best practices and compliance with company policies and safety rules
Work closely with equipment manufacturers to keep up with new technology
