Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
Carpentry
Drywall repair
Painting
Tile work
Basic plumbing and electrical
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of handyman experience
Own truck or van and tools
Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
Knowledgeable in multiple trades
Solid knowledge of Carpentry, Tile, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall repair, Texturing, Painting, Cabinets, Flooring, and Remodels
Proper equipment knowledge – know what tools are needed for certain tasks
Troubleshooting skills – quick thinker who can examine a problem situation and find a prompt, professional resolution
Excellent communication skills with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers
Clean‑cut appearance, professional looking truck, and organized tools
Punctual, efficient, maintains high integrity, strives for top customer satisfaction, demonstrates exceeding customers' expectations
