Responsible for promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services. Acts as the bank's representative, providing friendly, efficient service, and building strong customer relationships. Traveling Tellers work at multiple branch locations within a district, supporting nearby districts as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

These describe the major responsibilities; additional duties may be assigned by your manager. Everyone contributes to the bank’s success. SERVICE/SALES Consistently meets service standards, promoting customer retention, expansion, and referrals. Engages customers in meaningful conversations, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and makes appropriate referrals using CRM tools. Responds to customer inquiries, maintains good relations, and follows up to resolve issues. Makes sales calls as time permits. Keeps updated on products, services, and promotions. Participates in sales, product knowledge, and service meetings. OPERATIONS Provides professional, courteous, and efficient service through accurate teller transactions. Maintains and balances cash drawer daily, reports discrepancies. Follows security policies and procedures. Assists with branch operations, including opening/closing duties and other assigned tasks. QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent, with at least six months of related experience in cash handling, customer service, or sales.
