* Spearhead transformative cybersecurity projects organization-wide.* Form working groups, define project scope, and oversee project timelines to ensure effective project management.* Ensure the successful delivery of initiatives within budget and schedule.* Apply a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles to protect and empower.* Advise on policy development, evaluate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.* Stay informed about industry trends and emerging threats.* Help lead a team of cybersecurity professionals.* Coach and develop team members, providing regular performance feedback.* Cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.* Engage with security partners, internal customers, and U.S. Government representatives.* Facilitate engaging training sessions, briefings, and presentations for organizational levels and audiences.* Steer cybersecurity efforts to advance organizational goals and drive the business forward.* Promote compliance and enforce adherence to policies.* Champion a vibrant culture of security awareness and shared accountability.* Collaborate with security leadership to drive major strategic initiatives.
