We’re seeking a

Senior Data Analyst – Growth Analytics

to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive subscriber and revenue growth at scale. Sitting within the

Growth

organization, you’ll collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to measure, analyze, and optimize the customer journey. Your work will directly impact subscriber acquisition, conversion, onboarding, and retention. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems with data, has strong business acumen, and is motivated by the opportunity to shape a best-in-class subscriber experience. A passion for sports - especially golf is a big plus. This is a

hybrid role , with an expectation of up to three days in-person each week. What You’ll Do

Customer Journey Analytics: Track and analyze the end-to-end customer journey—from marketing channels (Google, Meta, CTV, etc.) to web and app experiences—to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. Funnel Ownership: Lead measurement of conversion and retention funnels in partnership with the Growth Product Manager; collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, and CRM teams. Marketing Effectiveness: Partner with performance marketing to assess spend efficiency (e.g., attribution, incrementality, MMM, MTA) and guide budget allocation. Insights & Reporting: Build dashboards and reports that unify Product and Marketing analytics, ensuring alignment with subscriber, revenue, and profitability goals. Data Culture:

Champion data transparency, accuracy, and accessibility across Arccos; help unify data sources and enable self-serve analytics. Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; Master’s preferred. Experience

2–4+ years as an analyst, ideally in a subscription-based business . Strong background in Product and Marketing analytics; experience in DTC e-commerce, fitness, sports, streaming, or related industries is a plus. Hands-on experience with A/B testing

for optimizing sign-up flows, conversion, and retention. Experience in cross-channel media measurement with knowledge of CAC, ROI, MMM, and MTA . Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, SEO, SEM, App Installs). Experience reporting on business and financial metrics, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Technical Skills

Advanced SQL

and

Excel . Experience with BI & Data Visualization tools

(Looker, Tableau, or similar). Proficiency with tracking and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or comparable). Experience building automated workflows using AI

and/or platforms like

Replit

or

Lovable

to create internal tools is an advantage. Familiarity with R

or

Python

is a plus. Business & Communication Skills

Strong analytical and modeling abilities with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to translate data into insights and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations at the executive level.
