We’re hiring a

bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

to support a top-producing loan origination team in our Su Casa Loans division at

Premier Lending . You’ll work directly with our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient loan processing from application to close.

What You’ll Do:

Track and follow up with leads daily

Assist with taking and processing loan applications

Provide customer support and loan status updates

Help manage paperwork, disclosures, and conditions

Work hand-in-hand with an experienced bilingual loan origination team

Who We’re Looking For:

Licensed Loan Officers who thrive at originating but prefer support with lead generation

Loan Officer Assistants with excellent attention to detail and time management

Experienced Loan Processors (must be bilingual) willing to obtain a license — we’ll help you get there!

Responsibilities

Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service

Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc.

Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the loan originator

Be the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and our clients and schedule meetings to discuss outstanding items

Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork

Qualifications

Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients

2-3 years of professional office environment and administration or mortgage experience preferred

College degree in finance or banking preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required

MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred

Possess an understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc.
