Business Development and Customer Relations: Strategize and implement outside sales activities to actively contribute to the company's growth. Lead prospecting, with regular visits to communities, realtors’ offices, and relevant locations. Conduct regular "First Time Homebuyer Seminars" to develop leads and build relationships with New Home Consultants, consultants and clients. Travel and participate in builder and realtor functions, status meetings, phase releases, phone banks, and special events. Engage with various communities to explain Lennar’s offerings, obtain loan applications, and attend closings. Customer-Centric Approach: Offer tailored mortgage recommendations based on customers' financial situations and goals. Review and lock interest rates at least fifteen days prior to closing. Adhere to federal, state, and company regulations during the loan origination process. Lead Management and Communication: Daily review of leads with proactive outreach via telephone and email to schedule in-person/virtual meetings. Maintain clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. Loan Origination and Advisory: Originate and prepare new loans in accordance with applicable regulations. Provide personalized guidance and recommend the most suitable mortgage loan products. Sales Support, Metrics, and Reporting: Assist New Home Consultants with pre-qualifications and contribute to pipeline development for outside sales. Strive to meet or exceed loan objectives and sales goals. Maintain detailed records in the origination system detailing loan applications, statuses, conversations, underwriting, lock-in information, projected closings, incentives, and expenses. Your Toolbox
Bilingual in English and Spanish required. High school Diploma or Equivalent Four-year college degree (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of Loan Origination experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation NMLS License & state license or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment Fluent in Spanish - Speaking and Writing (preferred) Self-starter and able to work independently Exceptional organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Proficient in Microsoft Office and mortgage industry software/tools Physical & Office Presence
Regular, in-person attendance at company communities and job sites and offices during normal hours is essential. Requires ability to work long hours in confined spaces, operate a vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity for keyboard and calculator use. Compensation & Benefits
