What You’ll Do
Install HVAC equipment according to company policies and manufacturer specifications.
Install or replace HVAC equipment including ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pumps), and rooftop package units.
Design duct systems to deliver optimal comfort and energy efficiency.
Complete wiring of both low and high voltage to heating and cooling equipment.
Braze and solder copper refrigerant lines for air conditioning units.
Install flex and sheet metal duct systems in residential and light commercial buildings.
Connect gas lines to heating equipment safely and accurately.
Pre‑measure jobs to determine correct materials and equipment.
Receive, confirm, and load materials and equipment into company vehicle.
Support teammates to complete projects on time and to quality standards.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
Perform equipment readings and interpret results correctly.
Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle.
Perform other related duties as directed by management.
Requirements What You Bring
3+ years of HVAC installation experience
High School Diploma or GED (EPA Certification a plus)
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical job duties safely
Strong experience with heat pumps, air handlers, 120V/240V electrical, and ductwork installation
Insulation experience preferred but not required
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem‑solving and customer service mindset
Valid California Driver’s License pursuant to company policy
