The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling various banking transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of cash handling, financial services, and retail math to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. The Teller will play a crucial role in building customer relationships and promoting additional services. Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy and efficiency. Handle cash operations, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including debits and credits. Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on financial services offered. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain a positive work environment. Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance policies. Education and Experience:
High school diploma required. Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or retail environment is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is essential. Excellent communication skills with a focus on building customer relationships.
