As a Leasing Consultant, you’re the friendly face and trusted guide for every potential resident, walking them through the journey of finding their perfect home. From the first hello to the day they pick up their keys, you’ll be there—greeting, touring, answering questions, and making move-in day a breeze. What You’ll Be Doing

Apartment Matchmaker – Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home, ensuring a seamless, fun, and stress-free experience. Tour Guide with a Twist – Show off our move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm. Resident Cheerleader – Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community. Leasing Rockstar – Work with your team to hit leasing goals while maintaining top-notch customer service. Renewal Expert – Help current residents renew their leases because they can\'t imagine living anywhere else. What We Offer

Competitive Pay + Commissions – Earn $50 to $100 per lease, paid monthly. Full-Time Flexibility – Work on peak days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays/holidays. Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with auto-enrollment after 60 days. Time to Recharge – Vacation time (40 hours in the first year) and sick leave per state requirements. Holiday Perks – Paid holidays or additional pay if you are scheduled to work. Required Skills and Abilities Treats all residents with care and integrity; prioritizes safety and ethics. Regular attendance and punctuality to fulfill duties. Excellent verbal and written communication; clear and error-free. Respectful, responsible, trustworthy, and confidential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to meet goals and deadlines. Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software. Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred. Previous property management experience with a track record in leasing or sales required. Natural sales disposition with understanding of sales techniques and processes. Physical Requirements

Work hours include peak traffic days (Fridays and Saturdays weekly; Sundays as needed) and holidays during peak business hours with at least one closing shift weekly. Travel: None. Work environment and physical demands: general office setting; ability to lift or move items up to 10 pounds; ability to move around the property and sit/stand for extended periods; ability to climb stairs and work in varied weather conditions.
