Role Overview
Join The Brothers that just do Gutters as a Gutter Installer. Install gutters and leaf guards in the eastern 2/3 of Connecticut across 2–4 trucks per day.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial gutters and leaf guards.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
Interact positively with clients and teammates, ensuring excellent customer service.
Adhere to safety standards and company procedures.
Assist with overtime and additional scheduling as needed.
Qualifications
A positive attitude and good communication skills.
Two years of construction or sheet‑metal experience.
Experience specifically related to gutter services is a plus.
Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company.
18 or older with a valid driver’s license for apprentice positions.
