Nanny job at NannyHeroesAgency. Colts Neck, NJ. Warm Colts Neck Family seeking a Nanny/ Family Assistant for B9m to begin August 1st . Care is needed 2 days per week, either Mon/Weds, Tues/Thurs or Mon/Thurs from8:30AM-5:30 PM. Responsibilities: - All childcare related duties for B9m -Developmental Milestone -Bottles and light meal-prep for solids -Weather-permitting outdoor time -Baby laundry (wash, dry, fold, swapping seasonal/sizing as needed) -Organizing play spaces/toy cabinets -Occasional help with Family laundry -Loading/Unloading dishwasher Schedule: 2 days/week, 8:30AM-5:30PM. Candidate may choose between Mon/Weds, Tues/Thurs, or Mon/Thurs -Weekend/Date-night hours may be available if candidate would like more weekly hours Infant Notes: -Dairy free, cow’s milk protein allergy, breastfed bottles -Screen-free -Thrives on structure and evolving schedule as he grows (play time, feeding, sleep schedule) Ideal Candidate: - Consistent, nurturing, warm, calm, organized, flexible, compassionate, trustworthy, reliable, honest, kind, loyal, and respectful -Well-versed in developmental milestones -Strong communicator -Wants to grow with the family for years to come and as they expand -Open to Travel/Passport Ready -Bonus, if they also speak Spanish Compensation: - Hourly rate commensurate with Experience, paid through payroll ($28-32) -Industry standard benefits (guaranteed hours, vacation, sick, holidays off) Requirements: -3+ years of infant experience - Eligible to work in the US - Reliable and safe vehicle - Clean criminal and driving record - Fluent English -CPR/First Aid certified
