Construction Laborer

Installed Building Products . We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team! Key Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up materials. Load and unload construction materials and distribute them to appropriate locations. Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials. Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth for construction purposes. Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, as required. Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and report any malfunctions. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager. Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods. Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools is a plus. Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing tasks. Compliance with workplace safety guidelines and use of protective equipment. A valid driver’s license may be required, depending on the job site location. Physical Demands
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) regularly. Prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. Exposure to various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. Ability to work in noisy and dusty environments. Benefits
