Job Summary
The FI Team is seeking a Showing Assistant for an hourly position focused on showcasing properties on behalf of our experienced agents. Located in the Denver Metro area, this role provides a unique chance to develop your real estate skills by working alongside top producers in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and conducting property showings, delivering personalized service that enhances the client experience. Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood insights
Maintain communication with clients to schedule appointments and follow up on showings
Assist the real estate agents with open houses and client meetings as needed
Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings, reporting any issues to the team
Manage and update showing schedules and client feedback in the company’s CRM system
Support the team with administrative tasks related to property showings and client interactions
Qualifications
Licensed real estate agent – Required
Proven experience in real estate showing or related customer service roles
Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficient in using real estate software and mobile applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
Commitment to providing exceptional client service and support
