Requirements
2+ years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, and best practices
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems efficiently
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency services
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial clients
Read and interpret blueprints while ensuring compliance with local and state plumbing codes
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues quickly and accurately
Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach on every job
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency plumbing services
Position Details
Location: Columbia, MO 65201
Schedule: Full-time, includes rotating on-call shifts
Compensation: Up to $120,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)
