Identify opportunities during property visits by looking around and communicating to the customer what can be repaired or handled by our company. Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed. Show initiative by addressing a small fix and explaining how we are capable of doing more. Be punctual, efficient, and maintain the highest integrity to achieve top customer satisfaction. Be an integral part of a winning team and demonstrate the ability and willingness to exceed customers’ expectations. Navigate projects for Repeat and Referral Customers who value high-quality service. Ideal Candidate & Qualifications
The ideal Craftsman has knowledge of multiple trades, including Carpentry, Tile, Electrical, and Plumbing. Additional Qualifications for this role include knowing what tools are needed for various tasks, even if you don’t have every tool yet. Troubleshooting skills: quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally. Excellent communication skills: able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers. Presentable appearance and decent looking vehicle; organized tools. Be able to present and discuss repair opportunities with customers to earn confidence and trust. Requirements & Benefits
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Very competitive pay with performance bonuses. Benefits include a bonus based on performance and a competitive salary.
