About the Role We are seeking an experienced, client-facing Digital Analyst III or Senior Digital Analyst (dependent on skillset) to join our growing Advanced Analytics team. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who can independently manage client relationships, lead strategic analysis, and deliver insights that drive measurable business impact.
You will be responsible for managing your own workload, owning deliverables from start to finish, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You'll work across complex datasets—from digital media and website behavior to inventory and vehicle sales—and will be expected to uncover trends, develop data-driven recommendations, and communicate findings with clarity and confidence.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Power BI, SQL, and statistical methods, along with excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary analytics lead for one or more client accounts, managing deliverables, timelines, and communications
Analyze multi-channel performance data, including website engagement, digital advertising, sales activity, and customer leads
Build and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI, using DAX and data modeling best practices
Conduct statistical and root cause analyses to uncover performance drivers and optimization opportunities
Present actionable insights and recommendations directly to clients and internal leadership, both in writing and through live presentations
Proactively identify new opportunities for analysis that support client goals and business growth
Collaborate with account managers and internal stakeholders to ensure insights are aligned with broader strategy
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team
Examples of Impactful Projects
Developing lead scoring models to improve follow-up prioritization across dealership networks
Identifying misaligned inventory based on lead trends and recommending allocation adjustments
Forecasting sales performance using historical trends and lead activity, enabling the client to proactively adjust digital media spend and inventory planning to meet monthly targets.
Building a Power BI dashboard that integrates website engagement, advertising spend, and sales performance, giving stakeholders a single view of cross-channel ROI and helping inform future investment decisions.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in an analytics, BI, or marketing performance role
Advanced Power BI skills
required, including experience with data ingestion, modeling, DAX, and interactive dashboard design
SQL skills with the ability to manipulate and query large, complex datasets
Experience applying statistical techniques such as regression, clustering, or significance testing
Proven ability to translate data into clear, concise recommendations and present to senior-level clients
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in the automotive or digital marketing analytics is a plus
