Hybrid Inventory and Sales Specialist
to keep our lot running smoothly while providing top-notch support to our sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in organization and presentation, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do: Inventory Management
Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customers.
Oversee reconditioning activities, including touch-ups, interior detailing, and minor repairs.
Coordinate with vendors and manage parts inventory for smooth vehicle preparation.
Keep the lot looking sharp—arrange vehicles to create an inviting and professional display.
Track vehicles needing photos and ensure they are uploaded promptly.
Monitor and manage vehicle keys to maintain security and accountability.
Assist the sales team during busy hours—greet customers, arrange test drives, and present vehicles.
Help customers find the right car that fits their needs and budget.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure a smooth leasing process.
Work with the BDC team to follow up on appointments and maintain strong customer relationships.
Customer Experience
Ensure vehicles ready for customer visits.
Provide outstanding service and follow up to build customer loyalty and referrals.
Stay informed about dealership promotions, services, and inventory.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in inventory management, logistics, or automotive operations preferred.
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Automotive sales experience is a plus but
not required!
