As a Superintendent with multi-family construction expertise, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage on-site construction for multi-family projects.
Coordinate subcontractors and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
Implement project safety plans and ensure team compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family construction.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Paid holidays, including your birthday!
Vacation and Sick Time Off.
