The opportunities are endless.**POSITION SUMMARY:** Mariani Landscape is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across all aspects of HR to support employees and managers.The HR Generalist will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and helping employees navigate their journey at Mariani. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Administer day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.* Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.* Conduct new hire orientations and ensure completion of all required documentation.* Maintain HRIS systems (Workday) and ensure accurate data entry for payroll and employment tracking.* Assist with employee relations matters, including documentation, investigations, and follow-up.* Coordinate performance review cycles and assist managers with goal setting and feedback processes.* Support training and development initiatives by scheduling sessions and tracking participation.* Help organize employee engagement activities and culture-building events.* Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.* Generate HR reports and metrics such as turnover, headcount, and training completion.* Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes and employee experience.* Ability to juggle multiple HR tasks and prioritize effectively.* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.**QUALIFICATIONS:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.* 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.* SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.* Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.* Proficient in HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus).* Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.**The Perks*** 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)**Pay Transparency**Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
