Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design customized, turn‑key equipment ranging from manual benchtop fixtures to fully automated robotic cells. You’ll collaborate across departments to develop high‑quality solutions that meet our customers’ unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical systems and components for custom test equipment.
Lead and mentor mechanical engineering staff in solving complex engineering challenges.
Maintain and improve standard design practices, documentation, libraries, and software tools.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate and enhance tools, methods, and processes.
Stay current with emerging technologies, materials, and processes to drive innovation.
Support project managers with technical documentation and project planning.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design.
Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
Experience with automation and machine design is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self‑motivated with a passion for problem‑solving and innovation.
