Intensive Supportive Housing Therapist
Location: Medford, Oregon. Full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Salary range: $72,000.00–$87,000.00 per year ( $6,000–$7,250 per month , DOE/Credentials; +5% language differential for bilingual). What We Offer

Our supportive housing programs include
Swing Lane , a permanent intensive supportive housing unit in Medford, and
Rogue Ridge Apartments , a 28‑unit permanent supportive housing program in Ashland. Both provide peer support, skill training, tenancy assistance, and 24/7 housing support. What You’ll Do
Conduct mental status examinations and DSM‑5 diagnoses. Complete comprehensive psychosocial mental‑health assessments and update them every six months or as clinically indicated. Provide individual, group, and crisis‑management therapy, and consult with other clinicians. Collaborate with community agencies to ensure appropriate admission and facilitate warm hand‑offs to after‑care behavioral‑health services. What You’ll Need
Eligible for Oregon Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration. Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field. Unlicensed therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure. Pass a DHS criminal background check. Physical ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands; occasionally walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 pounds. Pay Scale
Unlicensed: $6,000–$6,750 per month Licensed: $6,750–$7,250 per month About Us
