Job Description Position Summary:
Will be a primary real estate contact person in Brainerd Market. Will provide real estate advice and guidance to other lenders and support help. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Develop positive working relationships with commercial and retail areas
Develop and maintain external and internal referral sources
Participate in community and business organizations and events
Solicit new loan business from existing and new customers and referral sources
Participate in relationship management and the development and implementation of marketing strategies and programs
Originate investor quality first mortgage loans, adhering to loan policy guidelines
Maintain product knowledge that assists in establishing full banking relationships with mortgage customers
Provide professional level of information and follow through while working on mortgage loans
Process customer information that provides complete and accurate information to appropriate processors, service companies and investors
Manage customer interactions and file records in compliance with bank policy, federal and state regulations
Assist in and respond to internal and external audits and reviews
Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements for banking
Provide training, product knowledge, and sales and marketing guidance
Perform other related duties as assigned
Education & Experience
High School Diploma
Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or minimum 10 years of experience in Mortgage Lending, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
