Industry Standard Roofing Skills We’re Looking For We need reliable roofers who can perform: Leak detection and roof inspections & diagnostics Storm damage assessment Flashing and ventilation inspections Moisture or mold risk identification Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance
Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance Shingle/tile replacement Nail pops, small puncture patches Sealant application at vents and flashing Gutter cleaning and minor repairs Roof Replacements & Large Repairs (Estimate required)
Roof Replacements & Large Repairs (Estimate required) Tear-offs and underlayment installation Full or partial re-roof (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.) Soffit/fascia board replacement Attic ventilation solutions Job Documentation

Contractor Requirements General Liability Insurance (COI required) Worker’s Comp Insurance preferred (or agree to deduction for coverage gap) Valid W9 and Tax ID Licensed roofer in your state (if applicable) Own truck, trailer, ladder, and roofing tools Smartphone for portal use (job access, photos, updates) Clear communication, professionalism, and jobsite cleanliness Must complete short onboarding call before receiving jobs Disqualifiers
Disqualifiers No active insurance (GL and WC MANDATORY) Unlicensed (where required) Poor communication or incomplete jobs No ladder or ability to access residential roofs Unwilling to complete onboarding/training call Why Work with Superior?
