PAY RATE:

$29.59 - $31.15 Per Hour BENEFITS:

JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE The Respite Care Admin Specialist I provides experience-based competencies and administrative assistance to further efforts of the program staff to fulfill the contracted goals and objectives.

Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RECORD AND TRACK SERVICES: Keep and maintain appropriate records of all services provided to clients, in both hard (paper) and soft (electronic) files, ensuring records are accurate and matching; report regularly to Caregiver Services Manager progress of project timelines.

FUNDER FOCUS: Keep comprehensive records of compliance with Funder and Regulatory requirements.

Qualifications REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications

EDUCATION

Associate’s degree in Social Work (or related discipline) or a combination of relevant education and experience (2 years).

EXPERIENCE

1 year of experience in administration of a business or organization (assisting programs, projects, or staff)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with managing public contacts (e.g. HUD ESG, SAMHSA)

Experience with report development for public funders

Experience with HMIS and other relevant databases used by partner service providers

Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and/or limited English capabilities
