Job Overview MCI is seeking customer service, technical support, and sales representatives to handle inbound customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and assist customers with adding or removing products and services.
Job Type & Compensation
Full‑time, hourly pay + bonus.

Responsibilities
Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks.
Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upsell.
Explain and position products and processes with customers.
Appropriately Escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team.
Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
Candidate Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of Windows operating system.li>
Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality.
Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues.
Strong aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, negotiation.
Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, conscientious).
Ability to multi‑task, stay focused, and self‑manage.
Strong team orientation and customer focus.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where change and ambiguity prevail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team and customers.
Conditions of Employment
Authorization to work in Canada required.
Must submit a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint (job offers contingent on results).
Must submit to drug screening (not applicable in Canada).
Physical Requirements Full‑time work occurs in a professional office environment. Employees will be largely sedentary, sitting or standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. They may occasionally move to accomplish tasks, reach in any direction, and lift or move objects up to 40 pounds.
