We are looking for call center representatives to support our "Get Out the Vote" initiative. In this role, you will make outbound calls on behalf of the Republican Party to encourage voter turnout for the presidential election. Ideal candidates will be comfortable representing the Republican Party, have excellent communication skills, be eager to learn, and highly reliable. Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments Follow client program processes and perform tasks professionally Utilize systems and technology for account management Document and process customer claims accurately Follow scripts, policies, and procedures Use knowledge base and training to answer questions Maintain confidentiality of personal information Escalate customer issues appropriately Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving Attend meetings and training to stay updated Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements Qualifications
Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, experience with data entry, fluent in English, reliable high-speed internet (20Mbps+), good communication skills, typing speed of 20+ WPM, familiarity with Microsoft Office, ability to work scheduled shifts, reliable attendance, customer service orientation, ability to multi-task, and a team-oriented mindset. Preferred
